Friday Favorites: 4/1

It may be April Fools' Day, but it's no joke what made my Top 5 list for this week. I love these all with my whole heart! In no particular order, my 5 favorite things from this week:

1. Banana Republic. BR is BACK, baby!! They've nailed it this spring, balancing trend (bold color-blocking options, trouser fit pants) with the core that made them "them"- stylish safari and polished work basics.

2. The Sephora Sale: I am not proud of how much of my monthly budget goes to Sephora, but today I'm making my Rouge status work for me shopping the sale on Day One. I skip stocking up on basics and use this sale to try new items, and rebuy favorite splurges.

3. Bridgerton Season 2: some people are upset at the lack of steamier scenes, but I actually prefer the slow burn of this season! Give me all the longing stares and *almost* holding hands.

4. Jelly bean season: I'm a Catholic and am not here to cheapen the Lenten season, but can we also safely acknowledge what a great season this is for the candy aisle?? 7,000 jelly bean variations, for this month only. It's heaven for a fruity-candy aficionado.

5. Amazon slipper socks (linked): I first got these at a baby shower before welcoming my son Jack, and almost 4 years later I still wear them constantly. Don't judge, don't scoff, just buy them. You'll love them more than you even know.
